The Finnish-Russian Civic Forum will hold its fourth annual conference, FINROSFORUM 2010, in Helsinki on 21-22 July 2010. The main theme of the conference is Russia's modernisation. The second day of the event will be devoted to a discussion about the need to find new forms for civic society cooperation between the European Union and Russia.
